Meet Me Upstairs is a free, weekly dance party held in the Upstairs Lounge at Schubas. The event takes place on Fridays from 9pm to 1am. All are welcome.

Alias of Spencer Ouellette (REZN, Catechism), stereo pair hones in on producing shifted and abstracted reconstructions of rhythmically oriented electronic music reminiscent of a broad spectrum of classic underground dance music. Influences spanning from IDM, breakbeat, and other familiar corners of danceable electronic music are reanimated via disembodied samples, unconventional drum programming, and a deep knowledge of synthesis. The results are explorations of a miriad of dichotomous themes ranging from and beyond the programmed versus the randomized, the studio versus the decks, and the serious versus the not-so-serious.
