Meet Me Upstairs is a free, weekly dance party held in the Upstairs Lounge at Schubas. The event takes place on Fridays from 9pm to 1am. All are welcome.

Brendan Lemkin is a Michigan-raised, Chicago-based DJ, lifelong musician, and nightlife worker. Spending most of their free time digging through crates and bargain bins, or experimenting in the studio, Brendan strives to unify the dance floor by combining the intoxicating digitalism of 90s with more recent techno, trance, and minimal house.

Since 2021 Brendan has been the host and organizer of a weekly Open Decks event at multiple venues in the city, which sees DJs from near and far share their voice in an inclusive and community driven space.
