Motel Breakfast formed in 2017 and began by playing the Midwest college circuit. Growing notable reputations in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison, the band moved on to tackling venues across the three cities. After 3 years of performing live, they released their self-titled debut album in February 2020. When the pandemic halted their plans to support the album with touring, they returned to the studio once more to track the 6-song EP “Left on Deming,” which was released everywhere in October that same year. Now two years removed from those releases, Motel Breakfast is experimenting with new material as they prepare for their next phase.
